From Coffee Cabana, we obviously serve the classics. Espresso, Americano and plain black. The variations of cappuccino, latte machiato and a flat white are naturally part of this. Tea in various flavors is of course also available.

But we offer more than these classics. We have several coffee specials like a Creamy Specoloosy, Oh My Pistacchio and variants with alcohol (sin fat), while matcha is full of antioxidants that boost your metabolism and help you stay focused. Together, they strike the perfect balance between a smooth, natural sweetness and the earthy flavor of matcha.

Along with pasta pronto, Mezze Madness was at our after party. By mutual agreement, it was arranged inside because the weather was not that great. There was a huge table full of everything you find around the Mediterranean. Everything was constantly replenished as well and very nice that there was a good allergen list. Homemade appetizers and bites like cheese bombs and artichoke hearts marinated with miso mayo. The contact was professional and afterwards everything was left tidy

The Cocktail Bus is without a doubt one of the most fun and well-groomed food trucks you can come across. As soon as the colorful bus drives by, it immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. The look is professional, inviting and you spontaneously feel like having a drink. What really sets this food truck apart is the wide selection of cocktails and mocktails. Whether you like fresh and fruity, spicy and robust, sweet or just a touch sour ... there is always something to suit your taste. Even the non-alcoholic options are surprisingly creative and certainly not inferior to the classic cocktails. In addition, the prices are remarkably reasonable, especially considering the quality of the drinks and the care with which everything is prepared. The staff takes the time for every order and you can taste that in the end result.

For our summer party at home in Bussum we hired the Pasta Pronto food truck, combined with matching wines, and it was really a hit. From the first contact we were very well informed about the arrangement. They listened to our wishes, both in terms of menu and atmosphere, and that made the preparation very pleasant. On the day itself the team worked neatly and efficiently, while the atmosphere remained very relaxed. Our guests were full of praise for the taste of the pastas: fresh, rich in flavor and clearly prepared with attention. The wine suggestions perfectly matched the chosen dishes, which made it even more special. The beautiful weather obviously did a lot, but the quality of the food and the hospitable service completed the feast. We would without a doubt book this food truck again and can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to create something special at home.

Last summer Pasta Pronto was at the international Hackers Camp in Geestmerambacht, above Alkmaar. There were 3,750 visitors there for a week, and a large proportion of them were fans of the pastas. They were even called "live savers. They had different sauces every day and that pleased the visitors. Several vegan options and a fine hospitality effort made for a successful experience.

This was a good choice! There were lots of offerings. By agreement and because of the bad weather, all appetizers were served inside. It was 1 big table full of goodies. Vega and vegan options were well considered. From meats to salads, from hummus to sardines. It was a colorful table and everyone enjoyed it!
