With more than 20 years of experience on stage, I know everything there is to know about hearing and rehearing, conversation techniques, listening skills and force fields.
As chairman of the day, I lead one-on-one conversations, debates, panel discussions and conversations following opinion pieces. People are at their best when they feel safe, so my job, in addition to deepening content, is to really connect with various guests and audiences.
Where an in-house host often gets caught up in familiar stories and relationships, I, as a professional day chair, actually bring objectivity, stage experience and a fresh,
independent perspective. In this way, I ensure that your program not only runs smoothly, but also touches and inspires the audience.

Naomi Antonius was a refreshing chairperson for the day at the Legal Event at Dauphine Amsterdam. With her sharp content direction, she kept the program running smoothly and the discussions lively. She knew how to put speakers at ease as well as activate the audience, making even complex topics accessible and engaging. A fine energy that really lifted the event to a higher level. The professionalism of the intake and the questions Naomi asked ensured that we felt confident of a successful event even beforehand. That it was ultimately successful was evident from the reaction of the guests who even two years later asked for her number for their own event.
