The best balloon modellers in the Netherlands compete for a coveted title. The format we devised has become known through the RTL-4 format Blow Up. Many of the performing artists have also participated in this program.
Five participants are tasked with building a work of art out of modular balloons within a short period of time within a predetermined theme.
A play area is set up for each participant. The whole event is framed by a presentation from a central stage.
Works of art are judged by the audience through a provided voting system.
Participating artists complete 2 blocks.
