In 1968 I was born in the village of Schoonebeek, in beautiful Drenthe. As a little boy, I was inspired by that one big truck singer, who came to the local record store full of enthusiasm to present his single. I only started singing, in the early nineties. I sang often, at the then popular KARAOKE-SHOWS, to warm up the audience. Years later, a dream came true for me, singing my own music for our truck drivers.
