Omi Chris takes the elderly back in time by singing - with a warm voice - beautiful Dutch songs for them. What makes this act unique is the way she talks the songs together and evokes memories in the elderly. There is much viewing and listening pleasure and a good variety of cheerful and more serious songs.

After 20 years of singing at weddings and parties with the duo Daisy Belle (Dance Classics), my singing heart now goes out to seniors in nursing homes and institutions. It is wonderful to see people enjoying themselves while quietly listening to well-known Dutch songs that evoke all kinds of emotions in them. And there is room for that as well. With my experience in education, I hear and see what happens in a group and what people need. I do that with a happy note and with some lightheartedness, so it doesn't get too heavy.
A one-hour performance is fine for older people. Halfway through there can be a break for a drink if necessary.
