Today, during the Summer Days in Klarenbeek, we got to enjoy “Margrietje,” a nostalgic music show featuring Bonnie. It was fantastic! We sent the message below to the regional newspaper. Saturday, September 20, the season of the Zonnebloem department Cothen/Langbroek was traditionally opened with the Zonnebloem Day. As many as one hundred guests and volunteers were entertained with a hilarious show entitled "Margrietje and the Life Cycle," full of nostalgia, humor, sing-alongs and a good dose of fun. We were introduced to Margrietje, a charming, quirky old lady who tells her life story with love and humor. The audience was actively involved in the show. Of course Margrietje invited us to sing along and reminisce. And this was enthusiastically answered. Even the polonaise was not lacking. In short, a festive, pleasant morning!

Margrietje organized a birthday party for a resident of our nursing home. In advance I had given information about this resident and Margrietje used this perfectly in her performance in combination with nice songs. It was great to discuss beforehand how we were going to fill in the afternoon. There was a lot of interaction with the residents and family members. Our compliments to Margrietje!
