Jacqueline van der Griend alias Jacky is " leading lady" in the Dutch Country Scene and she does it with verve.
As many as six times she won the award for best
country singer of the Netherlands. An achievement to be proud of. Solo performances during
the renowned CMA Festival in Nashville and a successful participation in The Voice Of Holland made it clear that her possibilities reach very far. She signed a contract as a solo singer with Vosound Records, Jan Smit's record label.
Her album Living in A Lovesong received a lot of attention from the media. And achieved a nice spot in the album top 100. The title song and the
catchy I Don't Want To appeared as singles and were played on a large
number of regional stations,

Jacky can be booked for a variety of events, with a repertoire featuring the best songs by Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt. From wedding ceremonies and receptions to theater shows and festivals. Per occasion is determined, in consultation, in which formation Jacky can be booked: Solo, as Duo or Trio, or with complete Live Band! She is very versatile and all round. Multiple sets are no problem.
In all her shows Jacky plays guitar herself. During her solo shows she works with Backing Tracks. As a Duo , Trio or Band Jacky only works with the best musicians.
