Ronald Mol, as an expert by experience, will give the workshop integrity and manners/how to deal with colleagues within the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace. Inclusion, diversity and leadership will also be addressed during this workshop.

Ronald is: flexible in thinking, not quick to change his point of view, social butterfly, networker, pragmatic, good at talking, unfiltered, no nonsense & straight to the point.
Ronald Mol is also the editor-in-chief of Gaykrant, the best known LGBTQ+ platform in the Netherlands.

Not every comment is meant to be funny, thinking about:
- Who with you is the male and who is the female.
- You must function that way because you are ........
- All gays watch the song contest and hetros watch soccer.
- You must go to the gay pride too?
- When did you know you were gay? (An hetro is not asked that)
- Why is one gay person so effeminate?

At every employer there will be colleagues who fall into the LGBTQ+ community, some out of the closet, some not yet. As a colleague, you should feel safe and not feel like you are walking on eggshells.
