While searching for his daughters health, Christian discovered seven unique wave patterns in the development of cells and biological organisms. These seven wave patterns also form a blueprint for the disruptive technological trends we see around us today, the patterns are even able to predict future technological trends. This gives organizations and companies more certainty towards the future and thus a solid basis for forming longer term visions and strategies.

Biography

Christian's is the author of the book 'Humanification - Go Digital, Stay Human'. In this book Christian goes deeper into the fascinating parallels between biology and technology. The waves of technological innovations that follow each other at an ever-increasing pace are no coincidence... The book 'Humanification' helps managers, entrepreneurs, and investors to anticipate and navigate in an extremely fast changing world full of disruptive innovations and exponential technologies.

Christian Kromme is also an experienced Tech-entrepreneur and speaker in the field of disruptive innovation. During his presentations, Christian takes you through a variety of trends and examples into the exponentially changing world in which more and more disruptive technologies and business models are causing a massive power shift towards the consumer.

In 2002, Christian founded his own agency (Artificial Industry) where he facilitated innovative start-ups for big names such as: Randstad, Essent, Endemol, Corio, EyeWorks, Pensioenfonds ABP, Oracle, Philips, Toyota, Auping, Adidas and a.o. the Rabobank. As a management consultant, Christian stood at the cradle of several successful 'disruptive' initiatives, mostly spin-outs in completely different industries but always focused on the interface between people and technology.
