At Bakblik, we have been lovingly bringing accessible plant-based dishes directly to individuals and businesses since 2012. Our versatile, sustainable and allergy-friendly menu offers something for everyone. We make sure that even the biggest meat lovers are convinced by the taste of plant-based food.

Our dishes are prepared with care and fresh ingredients, and what really sets us apart is our focus on sustainability. By cooking plant-based food, we help lower our carbon footprint and reduce carbon emissions. Our food trucks are furnished with recycled materials and we use biodegradable packaging. We make every effort to minimize food waste and offer meals that are good for the taste buds as well as the planet.

You choose between the "Wrap assortment" or the "Burger assortment" or the "Rice Bowl assortment" when booking

WRAP ASSORTMENT
Guests choose from the wraps below on the spot:
- Homemade falafel in a red beet wrap with aioli and salad
- Vegetable kebab in a red beet wrap with aioli and salad

BURGER ASSORTMENT
Guests choose on the spot from the burgers below:
- Classic smash burger on a spinach brioche with ketchup, mayo, lettuce and tomato
- Kimchi smash burger on a spinach brioche with kimchi and a spicy bbq sauce

RICE BOWLS ASSORTMENT
- Rendang jackfruit with green beans, piccalilli, atjar and fried onions
- Sticky cauliflower with gochujang sauce, spring onion, sour cucumber and sesame

Dessert, juices, more people and other options can be booked for an additional charge.
For larger parties (300 portions or more), we also offer midi wraps. These are great for parties with a higher number of food trucks, where the meal consists of elements from the different food trucks.
