A hot BBQ buffet straight from the smoker. Smoked meats that are replenished fresh, homemade salads and dips, and a smoker right on the premises. Self-service with a premium feel.

For groups of 40 or more | €35 per person | Vegetarian/vegan options available.

At the buffet: chicken satay, BBQ sausage, pulled chicken, hamburgers, coleslaw, a fresh green salad, and baguettes with various dips. Everything is continuously replenished, partly via chafing dishes and partly fresh from the smoker. Guests can see where their food comes from, and that’s what sets it apart from a standard buffet.

Vegetarian and vegan options aren’t an afterthought—they’re simply part of the standard offering: tofu, falafel, vegetarian burgers, and vegetable skewers, all freshly cooked.

Ideal for larger groups where guests want to eat at their own pace, in their own company, without the rigid structure of a formal dinner. No cold platters, no ready-made packages—just real food from a real smoker.
