Her style is a mix of animations combined with music videos and films. The visuals are upbeat, cool, sexy, colorful, diverse and inclusive. Aineko and her collective Geeks on Heels were nominated for the Golden Gnome Award (VJ of the Year) in both 2009 and 2010, but in 2011 Aineko was actually able to receive it!
Aineko can be seen in venues such as Paradiso, De Melkweg, AIR, Paard (The Hague), 013 (Tilburg), Victorie (Alkmaar) and many more! This year she was also invited to perform her skills in Brazil during LGBT Pride.
