During this special Sinterklaas or Christmas performance, Kaatje and her faithful dog Mup take you on a merry winter adventure. Together with their friend Jeetje and the animals of the beach they experience a festive Sinterklaas or Christmas story full of surprises. Dance and sing along with the pleasant Kaatje&Mup songs in a performance full of music and adventure.

Carolien Ruijs - creator and illustrator of Kaatje&Mup - takes children on an adventurous journey along the beach, full of enthusiasm and energy. Together with Kaatje, her loyal dog Mup, their sturdy friend Jeetje and all beach animals, the children experience a lively and compelling story in the theme Sinterklaas or Christmas. The performance is specially designed to stimulate children's imagination and actively involve them in the story. The cheerful Kaatje&Mup songs invite singing and dancing along, drawing everyone into the adventure.

Sinterklaas: Kaatje&Mup and the overboard packages
Sinterklaas is on his way to Holland, but at sea things go wrong: a big wave knocks packages overboard! Zwarte Piet tries to find the packages in the sea and on the beach... Luckily Kaatje&Mup come to the rescue! Will they succeed in getting all the presents to the children in time?

Christmas show: Kaatje&Mup and the washed up Christmas tree.

Our performances are ideal for children from about 2 to 10 years old.

The performance performs best in an enclosed or screened space so that we can best hold the audience's attention. To ensure interaction and engagement, we recommend a maximum of 40 children per performance.

A Kaatje&Mup performance lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Multiple performances on one day are possible: the second performance costs €700, a possible third €675, (excl. 9% VAT) with at least 20 minutes break in between.

Prefer to enjoy it extra long? Then we offer an extended double performance from 90 to 110 minutes, with even more songs and adventures of Kaatje&Mup!

For an additional charge of €195 we bring along our large decor: an attractive carpet in the colors of sea and beach and impressive banners of 2 meters high and up to 7 meters long with illustrations of the sea and the dunes. This way we create even more experience and draw the audience completely into the world of Kaatje&Mup.

For an additional charge of €150,- we offer the Kaatje&Mup Craft Café for 2 hours after our performances. Craft materials are not included, but can be purchased on site at Kaatje&Mup.
