Sharon was born and raised in Amsterdam.
She grew up in the Jordaan neighborhood and moved to Amersfoort later in life.

Sharon has always enjoyed dancing and singing as hobbies.
As a little girl, Sharon would stand in front of the mirror in her room with a hairbrush, practicing.
She would try to imitate her big idol at the time, Madonna.
Growing up in the ’80s certainly means a love for the music of that era, but Sharon also loves rock (Anouk), soul (Stevie Wonder, James Brown), and Dutch-language songs (Hazes, Ruth Jacott), which are definitely a must in her repertoire.

Sharon has sung in various cover bands. Even now, she performs beautiful old Dutch songs in care facilities (as a duo) and sings all kinds of great duets with a male partner. Think of “Island in the Stream,” Bocelli/Lopez, Elton John/Kikki Dee, etc.

Sharon once won a wonderful trip to Suriname in a singing contest.

Now married with two children, singing remains her great passion, and she loves to bring joy to people through her voice and to enjoy every spectacular performance.
