We are a baroque orchestra specializing in baroque music.
Our basis is a chest organ/harpsichord and baroque cello/viola da gamba.
We can perform on request with the addition of a singer or several instrumentalists.
The Northern Baroque Ensemble focuses on performing music from before around J.S. Bach . We have given concerts with a French music, Leclair Clerambault, de la Barre. French Gamba music like Forqueray, Couperin.
