Martin is a talented 64-year-old crooner who shares the warmth of his voice at intimate living room concerts and atmospheric performances in small theaters. He finds it a privilege to bring his music to nursing homes, where his performances touch and connect people. With his passion for music, he steals hearts no matter the setting.

Martin is a versatile man with a rich cultural background; the son of a Surinamese father and an Indonesian mother, he grew up amidst a large family of 7 brothers and 2 sisters. After a career as a professional soldier, he discovered and refined his passion for music, including through the Rock School with Jeroen Boy and Manuela Kemp. He is currently committed to poverty alleviation, while enthusiastically looking forward to his retirement, in which he will devote himself entirely to music.
