In 2006, Bronkhorst released his first single, De zon die schijnt. In 2007 he released the follow-up single De lucht was blauw, which entered the Dutch Single Top 100 on July 14, 2007. The song reached 31st place and was there for 5 weeks. Later that year Kom maar bij mij was also in the Single Top 100. Kom maar bij mij is also the name of the album released in November 2007. On May 26, 2008, he was a guest artist at Samen met Dré in concert in the Amsterdam ArenA.

He participated in 2013 in the talent show Bloed, zweet & tranen, where he did not end up in the hotseat, but Gerard Joling and André Hazes jr. voted for him.

In June 2022, Bronkhorst released his new single "Amalia," however, the song did not hit the charts, but after a year the song was awarded gold record status via music channel 538[1] and promptly the song still hit the charts in July 2023 respectively 26th in the Top 40 and 15th in the Single Top 100. In early 2024, he released the song "Gap" in collaboration with rapper Bizzey, where it got stuck in the tipparade. In May, together with former soccer player and friend Wesley Sneijder, he released a translation of the German song "Ich bin wie du" especially for the European Football Championship 2024, with the artist names "Wes & Wes."
