The New Sound Jazz Machine (NSJM) is a big band from Enschede, founded in 2014. The band was founded to create music written by band members, with specifically Enschede composer and arranger Joris Bolhaar as the regular composer/arranger.
The composition consists of a mix of amateurs and professionals. December 2023 the band released a Christmas album, with arrangements by Joris Bolhaar on well-known Christmas music, titled Jingle Bells Jazz Machine.
