With “May Rose Sings,” your special moments will be unforgettable. That’s because we pay close attention to every detail—the atmosphere, the occasion, and the music and style that best suit it.  For example, we perform at wedding ceremonies, receptions, birthday parties, or social gatherings—anywhere live music adds the finishing touch without overpowering the event.

Our repertoire ranges from Stevie Wonder, Lizz Wright, and Adele to Maan and Michael Jackson. The duration of our performance depends on the event, and of course, everything is arranged in close consultation with you.

May Rose singsc, an experienced acoustic duo formed by the talented guitarist Dave Breidenbach and the versatile singer May Rose, has carved out a unique place in the hearts of many music lovers.
Both May Rose and Dave have more than earned their stripes through collaborations with, among others, New Cool Collective, Frank McComb, Lois Lane, and many others.

Dave Breidenbach has an undeniable talent for playing the guitar. His style ranges from soft and thoughtful to powerful and captivating, allowing him to convey a wide range of moods.

At the age of 15, May had the opportunity to step into the What Fun! studio and record all kinds of vocals, including lead and backing vocals. This experience marked the beginning of an adventurous journey into the world of music.
After graduating from the conservatory, she has collaborated with both national and international artists, including New Cool Collective, Frank McComb, and Ferry Corsten (System F). She has also recorded several songs for TV productions, including *Twinzz* and *Gooische Vrouwen*.
In 2017, under the name May Rose, she released her first EP, “Breathing Fire,” featuring American singer, composer, and keyboardist Frank McComb, with whom she continues to collaborate to this day.
In addition, I am one of the vocalists and songwriters for Marcy Brown, a musical project I formed together with musicians and composers Peter Bergman and Benjamin van Gelder.

Urban Acoustic can perform both unamplified and (semi-)amplified. May Rose Sings can also be expanded into a full band if you’re hosting a large party where dancing is allowed. It all depends on what you’d like. Do you have a specific repertoire in mind? That’s also possible upon request.
