Biography:
Johan de Leur was born and raised in Mokum. A stone's throw from the Jordaan, he grew up in the Staatslieden neighborhood. The Amsterdam audience got to know him through his single 'Ik wil mijn stad terug'. Three more singles followed.
By now he is a much sought-after artist in the Randstad and in the middle of the Netherlands.

Johan sang really great at my friend Rob's 50th birthday party. Ca.60 guests went loose. Johan has made it a Top Amsterdam party with songs including Hazes and Wolter Kroes and of course his own song Snoepie he sang super. Johan is a true artist. He arranged everything himself. The sound and a nice chat in between to talk the songs together and even went on for a while because the audience was so enthusiastic. I can definitely recommend Johan for a nice Amsterdam singer who can make you feel the atmosphere of the old Amsterdam cafe. Top! Book him quickly while you still can, because he will get there as a famous artist. Good luck Johan!
