With this swinging duo you have a mini band in the house. Guitar, contra bass and vocals. Or guitar, organ and vocals. With songs by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Nat King Cole. The warm voice of crooner Klaas Fopma creates a pleasant atmosphere, which we can completely adapt to the style of your event. Whether it's a swinging party or a quiet company drink. This duo will bring a unique atmosphere to your home. These seasoned musicians have a wide range of songs and moods—from up-tempo numbers to heartfelt ballads, bossa novas, and pop songs from the ’60s and ’70s.
Singer/guitarist Klaas Fopma is a classic crooner. With his warm, laid-back voice, he brings lyrics to life. This swinging duo’s repertoire includes many songs by artists such as Frank Sinatra, Chet Baker, and Nat King Cole, as well as Louis Prima, The Beatles, and Elvis Presley, to name just a few.
You can choose between vocals and guitar (Klaas) with double bass, or vocals and guitar with a swinging jazz organ (it takes up little space but sounds like a real Hammond organ).

We’ll make sure you have an atmospheric, jazzy evening. Drift away to a tender ballad about a lost love or let yourself be swept away by cheerful, up-tempo swing numbers.
A performance typically lasts 3 sets of 35 minutes each, with breaks. If desired, we can of course adjust this. It’s also possible to do one set entirely instrumental (as background music) and then “let loose” with swinging, danceable songs featuring vocals.

I really enjoyed your performance at Hotel Central in Den Bosch. A packed house, great songs: jazz standards (but not run-of-the-mill) and fresh, nostalgic swing numbers, including some from the Netherlands. No gimmicks or showy solo displays, but beautifully sung (you have a lovely voice) and arranged; light on its feet and swinging, with great solos. The result: a fantastic atmosphere, relaxed enjoyment, and secretly singing along a little.
