With this swinging band you imagine yourself in the days of smoky jazz clubs in the 1940s, the time of singers like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Nat King Cole. With piano, double bass, guitar and drums, you get a full sound and the warm voice of crooner

The band creates a pleasant atmosphere, which we can tailor entirely to the style of your event. For example, we can start off gently with jazzy ballads and later in the evening get everyone swinging to dance hits from the ’60s and ’70s. Whether it’s a lively party or a low-key company get-together, we adapt to your needs.

With this band, you’ll bring a unique atmosphere to your event. The experienced musicians offer a wide range of songs and moods—from up-tempo tracks to soulful ballads, bossa novas, and pop songs from the ’60s and ’70s.

Singer/guitarist Klaas Fopma is a classic crooner. With his warm, laid-back voice, he brings lyrics to life. This swinging band’s repertoire includes many songs by artists such as Frank Sinatra, Chet Baker, and Nat King Cole, as well as Louis Prima, The Beatles, and Elvis Presley, to name just a few.

The band members have long since made their mark in the music world.
For example, pianist Thijs Cuppen has been Ellen ten Damme’s regular accompanist for years. Bassist Sven Schuster has played with top artists such as Anton Goudsmit, Gregory Porter, Oleta Adams, and George Duke.

A performance typically lasts 3 sets of 35 minutes each, with breaks. If desired, we can of course adjust this. It’s also possible to do one set entirely instrumental (as background music) and then “let loose” with swinging, danceable vocal numbers.
