A short joyful puppet show
Fifi is the undisputed star of the dog show. She stands on her hind legs, walks over a ball and can even stand on her front legs. Fifi's owner has come up with a new act. That of the sawed-off dog. Fifi doesn't like it and makes sure that whole act goes haywire. Finally, when the owner is at his wit's end, Fifi turns out to be under the table in one piece. Fifi becomes the hero of the children.
