As lead singer of the popular cover band "Goet-Foud," Dean Saunders stays busy with his greatest passion. With covers of Bon Jovi, Elvis Presley and Robbie Williams, among others, the band travels from stage to stage. When Dean signed up for Popstars in 2010, and emerged as the winner of the SBS 6 talent show in January of this year, it also meant the end of the band. The start of a solo career is made.

In 2011, his debut single You And Me Both was released. This single was listed in the Single Top 100 for weeks. With singles like Ik Wil Vannacht Bij Je Slapen, Je Raakt Me Zo, 1,2,3 and Dans Met Mij, Dean could be heard a lot on Dutch radio stations. The single Layla in collaboration with Tata Mirando is also in Dean's very own "me" sound in which the gypsy sound cannot be missed. The single Neem Je Mij Dan Mee is a nice summery record. His latest record is a new version of Verlangen.
