A journey through music history unlike any other! This full-length show, based on the legendary Back to the Future movies, counts down every half hour to bring a new music decade to an apotheosis each time. 2 DJs / MC spin briefly mixed through the best hits, guilty pleasures and forgotten gems from the 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's and 10's. The rondemisses and visuals make this spectacular show a unique experience for young and old!

The Time Machine is a full-length journey through music history based on the legendary Back to the Future movies. A large digital clock above the DJ booth counts down every half hour, signaling the 2 DJs / MC to start a new music decade. They will play only well-known hits, forgotten pearls and guilty pleasures from a period of 10 years. They will switch randomly (not chronologically) every half hour between the 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's and the 10's.
Each new half hour/music decade starts with 'The Time Machine bumper', where lots of smoke, strobo light, searchlight and CO2 provide an apotheosis and the MC announces the new time slot. The MC has an old-fashioned "radio voice" and uses it only when necessary, sometimes funny and especially without being overly hip.
For variety there are an average of 2 so-called bonus quarters per Time Machine set (minimum 2.5 and maximum 4 hours), which change per edition or are adapted to the theme of the evening/location. Think of the RnB Barn Quarter, Whitney's Gay Quarter, Hague / Amsterdam Quarter, Bieber Quarter, A-singing Quarter, One-Hit-Wonders, Movie Megamix / Blockbuster Bonus, Madonna vs Michael, Queen, Etc. A regular feature here is an epic sit-down (possibly with hundreds of stars) to I Will Always Love You, My Heart Will Go On or Man In The Mirror, provided it fits the vibe of the evening.

Target audience:
The motto of The Time Machine is: Whether you're 25, 55 or 35, this is where you want to be!
And is therefore very suitable for young and old. Especially in age-mixed audiences, The Time Machine has proven to be very well received. The music selection is very commercial, without ever becoming really flat, and so The Time Machine maintains a somewhat credible appearance. The digital clock features recognizable visuals from the respective decade or bonus quarter theme, making it an integral part of the show. Every half hour works toward a climax, concluding with a collective countdown from ten to zero. And surprising cheers at yet another new decade!
So whether it's a student party, corporate event or club night special, The Time Machine makes for an evening second to none!
The Time Machine is now on its 60th own party in 6 years (and over 150 shows across the country), every one of which has sold out to date.
