In 2011, I graduated as a psychologist from the VU University of Amsterdam.
However, my first jobs were organizing two international events in Qatar and Israel.
Then I was asked to expand the Dutch company Dopper (the reusable water bottle) to America.
I moved to San Francisco for 3 years, worked in the middle of Silicon Valley and gained enormous experience in international entrepreneurship.
Back in the Netherlands, I was at the beginning of the startup ecosystem in the Netherlands (StartupDelta with Neelie Kroes, later Techleap with Constantijn van Oranje) and have spent the past 10+ years in all kinds of roles in tech, deeptech, around innovation, in public-private partnerships, and as an entrepreneur.
The love for psychology has always remained and is reflected
in my work as a mediator and facilitator of organizational and family constellations.
My hosting style is very personal. By this I mean that I like to connect with the speakers I introduce in advance, and really give them a stage even before they take a podium.
