In 2011, I graduated with a degree in psychology from VU University Amsterdam.
My first jobs, however, involved organizing two international events in Qatar and Israel.
After that, I was asked to expand the Dutch company Dopper (the reusable water bottle) into the U.S.
I moved to San Francisco for three years, worked in the heart of Silicon Valley, and gained a wealth of experience in international entrepreneurship.
Back in the Netherlands, I was involved in the early days of the Dutch startup ecosystem (StartupDelta with Neelie Kroes, later Techleap with Constantijn van Oranje) and have held various roles over the past 10+ years in tech, deep tech, innovation, public-private partnerships, and as an entrepreneur.
My passion for psychology has
always remained and is reflected in my work as a mediator and facilitator of organizational and family constellations.
My hosting style is very personal. By that, I mean that I like to connect with the speakers I introduce beforehand and truly give them a platform even before they take the stage.
