PICS has been operating as a professional photography company since 2005 and is based in Amsterdam.
We specialize in capturing (corporate) events in a relaxed, atmospheric style—with an eye for people, details, and the dynamics of the moment.
What you can expect:
✔️ Professionally edited images
✔️ High-resolution photos (suitable for print) and photos in social media format
✔️ Optional: slideshow with royalty-free music, Reels, or short videos for social media posts
The rate is based on the starting rate for 2 hours of photography (excluding travel expenses). More or fewer hours are possible upon consultation. The desired duration of coverage and attendance times will be tailored to your preferences and the event’s schedule.
It’s also possible to have a professional videographer create a video report
that includes a dynamic, atmospheric aftermovie. If desired, we can also incorporate spectacular drone footage into the video report and aftermovie. Ask for examples and the corresponding rates.

Sam heeft onlangs ons personeelsfeest gefotografeerd en we zijn echt méér dan tevreden, een schot in de roos. Sam werkt uiterst professioneel; zo kwam hij twee weken van tevoren de locatie inspecteren en om de planning door te spreken. Op de feestavond was hij ruim op tijd en geheel in stijl gekleed binnen ons 'Tropical' thema. Hij heeft de dynamiek van het feest, de sfeer, de leuke, spontane en ontroerende momenten prachtig gevangen in kwalitatieve beelden. Zeer flexibel ook, aangezien hij langer bleef dan de contractuele tijd om de laatste mooie momenten vast te leggen. De afhandeling achteraf is een enorme ontzorging: je krijgt één overzichtelijk mail met daarin drie links (slideshow inclusief muziek), een fotogalerij en een downloadlink voor de medewerkers. Een absolute aanrader. Hartelijk dank Sam!
