My name is Marcel de Haas, and I’ve been playing and singing in various bands for years. Currently, I’m in the rock/pop band SPOUNK.
But as a “solo artist,” I also love playing an intimate acoustic set and entertaining the audience that way. I play a variety of well-known and lesser-known covers from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s through the present day
Whether it’s a living room concert, a wedding, a performance in a café, or an outdoor festival, I tailor my set entirely to the desired atmosphere of the venue, the event, and the booker’s wishes.

I asked Marcel to come play and sing at my wife's birthday party as a surprise for her. It was fairly short notice, but I did have a few required songs on the list and a few request songs. I was impressed with how quickly Marcel was able to make these songs his own! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the performance. Marcel has a very pleasant voice to listen to and knew how to deliver the songs in just the right way.
