Unique! The Insect Man has 20 years of catering experience and has been active in the insect world since 2018. In his presentations he likes to talk about insects and especially how to cook with insects and eat them. This combined with a tasting with artisanal insect dishes and their own unique insect beer, "Beetles Beer".

The Insect Man gives informative presentations about insects, but especially about how to cook with insects and eating insects. The Insect Man does this in an inspired, light-hearted humorous way. During the presentation you can already enjoy insect chips and/or toast with insect dips. Of course, the presentation ends with a tasting. Because a presentation is not a party if it is not accompanied by a tasting! Only by letting you taste insect snacks where you do not see the insects can we convince you of the subtle taste.

As icing on the cake, the tasting is accompanied by drinking our unique insect beer "Beetles Beer"! We have two delicious beers; Beetles Beer Blond & Beetles Beer IPA, brewed with an addition of seasoning based on mealworms. Surprisingly fresh and fruity beer. Contagiously delicious!!!

The presentations are perfect for company outings, Friday afternoon drinks, business clubs, beer or food festivals, events, fairs, associations, friends clubs or family parties. Anyone can hire The Insect Man and the tastings can be as elaborate as you wish.

Four packages of tasting (including presentation) are available. The Basic, Luxury, Generous and the personalized customized to your needs.

You don't have to worry about a beamer with screen, extra staff, preparation, set up, take down, buffet tables, trays, napkins, cutlery and tasting glasses.

All our dishes/bites are enriched with insect meal.

The BASIC package from € 1.059,= for 10 persons and 39,95 per person for each additional participant. The Basic package includes a presentation by The Insect Man, chips, unlimited insect bar (6 pans with various whole insects and seasoned insects), including 3 dishes: soup with baguette, patty with ragout, hamburgers OR sausages (including buns, lettuce, pickle and various sauces) and including 2x Beetles Beer p.p. and/or soft drinks.

The LUXE package from € 1,259 for 10 people and 49.95 per person for each additional participant. The Luxe package consists of a presentation by The Insect Man, chips & toasts with dip and edible insect spoons, unlimited insect bar (6 pans with various whole insects and seasoned insects), including 6 dishes: soup with baguette, patty with ragout, pancakes, cheese sticks, hamburgers and sausages or meatballs (including buns, lettuce, pickle and various sauces) and including 3x Beetles Beer p.p. and/or soft drinks.

The ROYAL package from € 1,599 for 10 people and 69.95 per person for each additional participant. The Royaal package consists of a presentation of The Insect Man, cake, unlimited chips & toasts with 2 dips and edible insect spoons, unlimited insect bar (6 pans with various whole insects and seasoned insects), including 9 dishes: 2 kinds of soup with baguette, pastry with ragout, pancakes, cheese sticks, mini sausage rolls, hamburgers, sausages, meatballs (including sandwiches, lettuce, pickle and various sauces) and including 5x Beetles Beer p.p. and/or soft drinks.

You can always have a tasting set up with dishes of your choice. Ask for the possibilities.

All prices mentioned are including Showbird fee, excluding VAT, travel costs, travel hours and possible location and/or parking costs. Upon request we can provide coffee and tea.

Presentations/tastings can be held for groups from 10 to 100+ people. Up to about 30 people we can hold the presentation/tasting at our own location. For larger groups in consultation or of course, if possible and desired, at your own location. Feel free to inquire about our rates.
