Today is the big day, the Halloween party can almost begin. The last garlands are hung and the kids are ready for it. Enthusiastic Presenter Rik introduces the kids to mascot Binkie the Bear. Everything seems to be perfectly arranged. But when Binkie accidentally presses the red button on the witch's music machine things start to get really exciting.
