JustUs is a level jazz band with twelve instrumentalists (bass, piano, drums, trumpet, trombone and saxophone) and with a singer. Tightly led by Werner Jansen, vocally and instrumentally, energetic and danceable, they perform a repertoire of traditional big band pieces, swing and Latin jazz, and an occasional pop number.

This (almost) big band, founded in 1995, is based in Woerden. However, members come from all over the region. Werner Janssen, who as a saxophonist can regularly be heard in the Metropole Orchestra, is the conductor and has also made a number of arrangements. The diverse and idiosyncratic repertoire allows the musical power and polyphonic arrangements for wind instruments to be fully expressed in swinging big band classics, but also in jazz funk, Latin jazz and even melodic pop.

The prices given are an indication for a performance of 1x 60min, 2x 45min or 3x 40min.
A small vocal system can be provided for an additional price, see below.
All costs for a larger sound system will be charged including a 10% booking fee.
