K3 remains an influential and beloved group within children's music. Their catchy songs, colorful performances and positive charisma ensure that they capture the hearts of their young audience time and time again. The group continues to release new music and shows, ensuring their popularity remains undiminished.

K3 is a Belgian-Dutch girl group with a Dutch-language pop repertoire, consisting of Hanne Verbruggen, Marthe De Pillecyn and Julia Boschman. The name of the group refers to the first letters of the first names of the first line-up from 1998: Karen Damen, Kristel Verbeke and Kathleen Aerts. The music is produced by Studio 100 and written by Miguel Wiels, Alain Vande Putte and Peter Gillis.

Kathleen Aerts left the group in 2009 and was succeeded after the talent show K2 searches K3 by Dutch Josje Huisman, the first K3 member from the Netherlands and the first member whose name did not begin with a k. On Nov. 6, 2015, Karen, Kristel and Josje were succeeded by Hanne Verbruggen, Klaasje Meijer and Marthe De Pillecyn after they won the talent show K3 searches K3. On Feb. 9, 2021, Klaasje announced she was leaving K3 and another talent show took place that year to find a new member. Out of more than 22,000 candidates, Julia Boschman became the winner of K2 searches K3 and succeeded Klaasje.
