Interactive Story Theater for children ages 4-12 by 4-time Children's Magic Champion (2011, 2013, 2016 & 2017): 50 minutes of adventure, humor and magic!
Join Passepartout, the servant of Phileas Fogg on his journey in this book adaptation of Jules Verne's classic.
With great imagination, we use anything we can find as a vehicle: The table in Jules Verne's living room is transformed into a boat, a train, an elephant and much more. Will we make it back in time?
The performance has 3 layers:
- Retelling the story and appealing to the imagination as drama does.
- Stimulating the imagination by creatively using the scenery.
- Playing with language: shoes play an important role and various sayings about time are incorporated into the performance.
A lesson plan is available for schools.

On behalf of Facet I was allowed to hire Magician Jan to enrich our offer of the Children's Book Week. On request, he has slightly adapted his performance 'Code red for the Earth' so that the picture book offered by us was incorporated.
