An oyster boy or lady who comes on location to stick oysters. We work with oyster belts so we are mobile at the event and can serve the oysters live to guests/relatives. The price includes the oysters and hiring the oysterman/woman.

Per hour we will stick 100 oysters so this booking is about 100 oysters in hour time. Our oyster boys and ladies can be used in a variety of ways. At some events we are assigned a spot and will serve oysters from here with accompanying supplies such as vinaigrette, lemon, pepper & tabasco. At other events, we walk around with oyster belts. This way they can walk between people to bring oysters to you guests/relationships, open them and garnish them. We work standard with the fine de claires oyster no.3 from Normandy.
