My name is Bram and I am a French-trained chef who has always cooked at a high level. I gained my experience at starred establishments such as Restaurant Amarone, The Jane and Restaurant Seinpost, among others.
Freshness and seasonal produce are the basis of my menu. I also use wild herbs and flowers when they are in season. I like to surprise my guests by presenting recognizable products in a special way.
It starts with each menu by picking the produce that is at its best in season at that time. As regional as possible. I can prepare and present these in an original way through the experience I have gained in the better restaurants.
