Sextet (full band): Vocals, saxophone, guitar, double bass, piano and drums.
Quintet: Vocals, saxophone, guitar, double bass, piano or drums.
Quartet: Vocals, saxophone, guitar, double bass.
✩ PRICING
1. Musician fees: The price quoted applies to performances by the sextet (full band). For small budgets, we recommend a smaller formation — quintet or quartet. Price quotes are available upon request.
2. Travel costs: A transportation stipend is included in the quote. Parking costs (if applicable) will be added to the final quote or charged separately after the performance.
✩ TECHNICAL AND HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS
1. A PA system (main speakers), an 8-channel mixer, and a minimum of three stage monitors.*
2. A sound technician on duty from setup to teardown and throughout the performance.*
3. A green room (or private room) to change and store belongings.
4. Drinks: A minimum of 2 per musician.
5. Food: If the performance takes place between 17:00 and 22:00, we kindly ask that dinner be provided for all musicians.
*If the venue doesn't have a sound system and/or sound technician, we can advise on equipment rental companies and trusted sound technicians.
✩ DANCE LESSONS
To make your event unforgettable, how about a dance lesson for your guests?
We have two international Swing dance teachers in the band who can teach a taster class before the live music starts. Your guests can learn Swing dancing in 30–60 minutes and then dance the night away!

1. Duration of the performance:
The price quoted applies to a performance of 2 sets of 45 minutes each, with a short break in between. Price quotes for longer performances are available upon request.
2. Song requests:
With sufficient notice, we are happy to prepare and perform your favourite Jazz or Swing tunes.
3. Extra requests:
We are happy to accommodate additional requests when they fall within the scope of a standard performance. Requests that go beyond this scope — such as animations at weddings or parties, delivering promotional speeches, or wearing branded accessories at corporate events — will incur an additional fee.

We’ve known The Swing Rhythm Club since they started and have watched them grow into a tight unit. Many of them are dancers themselves, so they know how to keep the floor packed. Over three sets the sextet proved why they’re one of the hardest working swing bands in the Netherlands. Between songs the band teased, joked and chatted with dancers, making the whole affair feel very personal. They delivered three solid, energetic sets, band synergy was wild, Natalia’s vocals were a highlight and the dance floor was busy from start to finish. By the third set, sweat was dripping from the rafters and nobody wanted to go home. Communication was great, as usual. Practical matters were handled amazingly. We worked out together with the venue what sound equipment was available, and the band helped by bringing what was missing and even found us a sound technician. During the evening they adapted easily to the schedule and kept the sound balanced. If you’re looking for a professional swing band that knows how to fill a dance floor, we recommend The Swing Rhythm Club. They are fantastic human beings, super reliable musicians who play with heart, and they’re just better every time we hear them.
