Dimi Schoemaker is an artist who released his first single "Zolang je van me houdt" in 2017. In addition to his own singles, he prefers to sing Dutch sing-alongs and is constantly expanding his repertoire.

The impetus for Dimi to take his singing career seriously came from his father and his musical family. Because he had modern equipment, including a professional sound set, Dimi regularly grabbed the microphone. His singing talent caught the eye of family and friends, which led to him being invited on location to sing. After many questions from those around him about when he would come out with his own single, in 2017 Dimi sat down with Terry West, and his aunt Betsy de Jong, who wrote the lyrics for him. Together they went to Terry West Production, where Terry understood Dimi's wishes and produced a beautiful first single, "As long as you love me."

Meanwhile, Dimi has his own team behind him, supporting him in his performances and other projects. Dimi has already been in several studios and continues to release new music. His best-known single to date is "Ons Geluk," a collaboration with rapper Noëmar, with whom Dimi scored a hit.

In everyday life, Dimi is a true folk singer. So far, he has been able to find his way well in the music world and continues to expand his singing career.
