Barrio del Mundo is a band that can provide a passionate atmospheric good performance. We play Flamenco, Rumba and Cuban music with occasional touches of jazz and pop.
Barrio del Mundo are: "Bartolo de Mokum", flamenco guitar, and vocals, "La Clementina", castagnettes, palmas, vocals and dance, Yunan Garcia Cepero, vocals, conga, palmas and dance, Wim, tresguitar, rumba guitar and palmas, Mathon, sax and Pit Hermans, bass guitar, violin and cajón. We have a lot of experience in performing and play regularly at parties etc. We are suitable for receptions, dinner parties, cultural or corporate events, catering establishments, parties, living room concerts, care institutions or funerals and adapt ourselves effortlessly to the circumstances.

The performance was really super. We were in a fairly small room with quite a few people. The guitar playing was present, but not overpowering. A very nice balance and addition to our event. I did not hear one false note and everyone was very impressed.

Cozy. Bartolo knows a lot about Spanish music and, in addition to playing the guitar, can tell a lot about the origins of the music. Our living room performance was cozy and relaxed.

Mijn vrouw werd 50 en heb als verassing Bartolo gevraagd haar verjaardag muzikaal te omlijsten. De Spaanse gitaarmuziek paste perfect bij de Spaanse hapjes en wijn. Het was super gezellig in een ongedwongen sfeer, dank voor je optreden en heel leuk dat je nog even bleef hangen!
