Ian Barras & Perry Owens together B2B as (hard) techno duo.

Ian Barras:
A quick introduction, Ian Barras, as a boy of 14 years old he was already obsessed with music and he made mix tapes, with a double tape deck, with pause and record button, he was working for hours and hours to make mix with a nice flow.

During his studies he went more professionally and started spinning vinyl, for his education he did an internship at a company that made background music, so in that way he became acquainted with different genres, that's where the idea came up to become a drive in DJ.

Ian has played with different systems from technics to akai, but after the release of the Atari that could also be used to make music, his musical heart really started to beat and he was able to show that he comes from a musical family, several family members play in bands.

Mixing really took off when the first affordable PCs came on the market that could record and mix music. After several years of remixing music, Ian Barras won a competition with a mega mix of Michael Jackson via Sony.

With this mega mix, Ian visited various labels to make more mixes, but it was very difficult to get through, so he started his own label "AZRA Digital Records"

This way he was able to promote his own productions more and help other DJ producers to make a start towards the music industry.

Ian Barras has been working in the music industry for more than 30 years with great successes to his name, including: resident DJ on one of the boats of pride Amsterdam and playing in clubs such as Lounge Club Laxx Rotterdam and Studio80 at Amsterdam and on the pink kermis in Tilburg, his preference is for Deephouse and Techno, but is always open to other styles, Ian Barras is like a musical sponge, give him an idea and he gives the listener something beautiful in return.


Perry Owens:
Introducing Perry Owens, born in 1967, grew up with classical music, and came very late into contact with dance music.

Berlin Loveparade 2002 was his eye opener, here he was struck by the enthusiasm and experience of dance music.

After visiting many dance events and organizing his own parties, he discovered that it is even more fun to be behind the wheels of steel than in front of it.

After making about 400 mixes for himself, he only found himself good enough to play in front of an audience, in 2012 his first gig immediately was a great success.

After that he threw himself into trance and hard trance for a few years, but he couldn't say what's what he wanted.

Perry went looking for where he could distinguish himself from the rest and ended up at the Techno. 6 years and several performances later it has become clear that he has found his niche in what he likes.

He has been a resident DJ for 5 years now at club More Itz where melodic Deephouse and NU Disco plays, he is a resident DJ at Toxic where he lets his audience go wild on various forms of Techno, he has also played at various other organizations, KOTB, LEF , Sense for Trance, XTRA large, Technolia, White moon, Bora Bora Outdoor festival, House of dreamz, Imperium festival.

Perry Owens, is a passionate DJ who wants to give his audience the same experience as he had 20 years ago, an experience that made him live his dream ...........
