I am Rudy Nicola, presenter and programmer. I believe we learn from people, not job titles. That's why I protect your target audience from woolly language and provide talks that inform, inspire and - not insignificantly - are fun to listen to.

Whether I am talking to a CEO of a multinational company, a top athlete or the cleaner: there is a lesson hidden in everyone.

My talent is not that I have all the answers myself. My talent is that I ask the right questions to bring out those answers in others.

I am fascinated by what drives people. Not the shiny exterior, but the engine underneath. The doubts, the choices, the falls and the victories.

As a presenter and creator, I have only one goal: to mine that gold and share it with your audience. With genuine interest and always with a smile. Because learning can also just be fun.
