I’m Rudy Nicola. Moderator, interviewer, and podcast host.

My strength lies in conversation. I don’t just introduce speakers—I bring out the very reason you’re organizing an event: the insights, the stories, and the moments that will stay with your audience.

That strength comes from my background in media. I spent fifteen years in radio, conducted more than 500 interviews, and produced television programs for clients including KPN and NH Nieuws. That experience has taught me how to hold an audience’s attention, how to ask follow-up questions at just the right moment, and how to spark a conversation that leaves a lasting impression.

I focus on events centered on people and work: workplace happiness, mental health, sustainable employability, innovation, and entrepreneurship. From conferences and knowledge days to panel discussions and corporate events.
