From optimistic interludes to listening songs, The Journeyman is a singer-songwriter who can create atmosphere at an event or festival with his own songs.
Are you looking for musical interludes to create a fun, upbeat atmosphere? Or do you want songs with depth that can be talked about afterwards? Do you expect people to sit and listen or is the audience mainly a passer-by, or eating a snack in the meantime? I like to be flexible and anything is possible, but it's nice to discuss this in advance so that we both have a positive experience.
My asking price depends on the duration, setting and travel expenses. For a gig at an event where you would like me to play multiple sets and bring your own amplification you should count on an amount between 350 and 500 euro

Starting in the spring of 2020, the Balcony Movement in Deventer started to provide Corona-proof performances at nursing and care homes. With 250 performances we managed to put a smile on many faces of people who often had to stay inside because of the measures. Maarten, the travelling companion, had a large share in this. With a sophisticated repertoire of recognizable songs, which still remained close to his own feelings, he hit the right chord every time.
