Tim is a young saxophonist who knows how to be very versatile. Perfect for every occasion. He is very flexible and therefore the solution for your party.

Inspired by the sound of the famous jazz saxophonist Sonny Rollins, he decided to go for it. Besides the saxophone he also plays the clarinet, bass clarinet and flute. He studied at the Parnas music school in Leeuwarden, where he had lessons from saxophonist Anne Zwaga for 9 years and from Kees Romers for another 4 years. After this music school he studied at the Friesland College department D´drive direction artist music. After that he went to the Prince Claus Conservatoire in Groningen where he graduated in 2017. Here he was taught by Miguel Martinez and Jan Schoenmaker, among others. He did this because he finds jazz music very fascinating and because of the free but still swinging style that comes forward.

The mentioned price is for a duration of 1,5 - 2 hours
For longer performances we charge € 50,- per hour.
Outside Friesland travel costs will be added

He has played with the big Parnasorkest, Noordpoolorkest, the young Metropoleorkest and with Bigband Que conducted by Willem Aukema. He masters many different styles of music such as jazz, rock, pop but also dance and house music. He plays a kind of house-music regularly with DJ's at parties!
