Cheerful good-humored singer and entertainer. Sings Dutch, English and Indonesian. Makes every performance a party whether big or small. Seeks contact with the audience. From ballad, soul, disco, 60's/ 70's, sing-alongs. Delivered his 1st Dutch-language album in late 2020. And after that released many Dutch language singles.

Ray has been in music since he was 17, started out in various bands, toured, opened for Herman Brood, Time Bandits, Power Play, Massada and many others. Was in a duo for several years and performed with it in many nightclubs. After that Ray toured for 16 years with the big Indian Pasar Malams in Ahoy, De Rai, the IJsselhallen, Gelredome etc. among others. In 2017 he started to add Dutch language, Zonnestralen became his first hit, then Frans Bauer wrote a few songs for him. Ray himself also writes lyrics for his own songs together with Laurens van Wessel. He is with record label Roodhitblauw and Scorepromotions does his plugging. Ray frequently performs for the Dutch residents of the Costa Blanca at the big Dutch Festivals and Kings Day. Also at Christmas Ray can be booked, he sings many beautiful Christmas songs.
