Rooted in jazz, colored by DUB and influenced by pop music, FLiNK puts forth a No-Nonsense Rotterdam jazz sound. Unique sound!

FLiNK is always looking for new ways to keep their jazz sound up-to-date. Their live shows are full of energy and adventure. This band is a perfect choice for your jazz occasion!

This band can be booked for 4 hours (4 x 30 minutes) for €1500,- excl. VAT.

In March 2019 their debut album IT'S DANGEROUS was released on the Dordt label SOCIAL BEATS and produced by Phil Martin. Live, FLiNK has a convincingly energetic and above all varied sound that is sometimes reminiscent of Donald Byrd, then Miles again but also just as easily evokes memories of the best Brecker Brothers records in its time. If you want dynamics in a modern Jazz jacket, FLiNK is the band for your festival or event.

FLiNK is a new band consisting of Arthur Flink, Luciano Poli, Satindra Kalpoe. Arthur Flink, the former State of Monc trumpet player, seems to have really found his niche in this very dynamic trio. With an incredible rhythm section - consisting of Satin Kalpoe and Luciano Poli - they groove like never before.
