Delicious eel, freshly smoked by winners NK eelsmokers 2001, 2004 and 2014. A top product, a typical Dutch delicacy. We smoke eel on the spot, the demonstration of smoking makes many visitors salivate. The taste of our product is the absolute top. (Price based on 80 persons).

We are Harm and Bart Kay, three times proclaimed the very best eel smokers in the Netherlands. Since 2006 we demonstrate eel smoking to large groups, after which the eel is served as a snack or can be eaten out of the fist

The smoke creates a lovely Dutch atmosphere, with sweet scents of oak and beech. The fish is always a Dutch product, in which sustainability is an important key word. Our eel with the ESF logo contributes to making the eel sector in the Netherlands and Europe more sustainable

We can serve the eel in many different ways, of course this is always according to the customer's wishes. Enjoy a typical Dutch delicacy from a well-managed fish stock. Smoked in the traditional way by champions in the trade. With our eel you will put a smile on the face of your guest and that is what we go for!
