Annemieke plays the guitar and sings with her deep, dark voice. Nelleke sings with her beautiful, clear voice often a beautiful second voice that meanders through and around the song. Both voices alternate and together they give a surprising and special sound.
Together they want a song to be more than just lyrics and music, it's a story worth listening to! By adapting a cover it often becomes a personal story as well.

At the end of January Annemieke and Nelleke gave a great performance for the residents of Bohemen and Meer en Bos in The Hague. Live music, variable repertoire, very good contact with the audience: soon there was a lot of singing along! Afterwards everyone wanted to speak to Annemieke and Nelleke personally and thank them, there were only positive reactions like: "Top!", "great!", "a true party!". As far as appointments go, as an organizer I had no problems whatsoever with the duo: answers promptly on time, clear explanations about repertoire and working methods; everything went smoothly according to schedule. Duo Legend is highly recommended in all respects!
