Continuous Brass is an ensemble that performs on Dutch stages in varying line-ups. Beginning as a brass trio in 2006, the ensemble expanded into a brass quartet with bass tuba in 2012 and has also collaborated with a pianist for many years to create exciting and refreshing performances.

Many original compositions have already been performed for the line-ups of brass trio & brass quartet and the repertoire is continuously expanding. Also at recitals with piano accompaniment solo repertoire for brass in various combinations are played. Continuous Brass focuses on interesting and varied programs. Contemporary compositions, but also music from the Baroque period and works from the "Viennese Classics" are part of the repertoire.

Price Indication:
The price for Continuous Brass as a brass trio is €1,090, - excl. VAT,
in quartet formation €1.450,- excl. VAT, in quintet formation €1..812,- excl. VAT.
Each lineup also has programming possible with piano. The largest lineup is brass quintet with piano and costs €2,180, - excl. VAT. All these rates include a performance of 1 hour. Longer performances are also possible. Travel expenses are to be determined.

Cooperation with Dutch composers is also sought and especially for the brass trio Marco de Goeij composed in 2007 'Intrada', a sparkling opening fanfare. On March 31, 2012, Continuous Brass performed the world premiere of Marco de Goeij's latest composition for brass trio entitled 'Jazz Impromptus' at 't Evertshuis in Bodegraven.
For larger events, Continuous Brass also has a special and proven program for brass quintet with many appealing numbers in the foreground and background.
