Fellows Bigband is a real 18 man/woman Bigband with a surprisingly wide repertoire. Besides traditional big band songs of greats like Count Basie and Duke Ellington there is room for Latin, pop and funk.
And for those who want to, we even have Dutch life songs in jazz arrangements! Regularly we can be heard live, at private gigs or in public (e.g. Kompaszaal Amsterdam, Jazz in the village of Amstelveen). Our music can be dazzlingly swinging, exhilarating, but also more subdued, yes even meditative!
In the well-known jazz musician Loet van der Lee the big band has a unique conductor. After all, Loet heads the professional Holland Bigband and works as a trumpeter with orchestras like Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw, Cubop City Bigband and the Glenn Miller Orchestra. In short: an experience!

The Fellows Bigband was the icing on the cake of our evening. Thanks to this group we were able to end the evening with a gigantic banger. Diederik (the manager) had good contact beforehand and we were able to come up with a nice plan together for the course of the show, they were also very flexible. A bomb of sound of top level! We could not have wished for anything better!
