Her voice is reminiscent of a mix of Norah Jones and Joni Mitchell and her music is inspired by KT Tunstall, Passenger and Corine Bailey Rae. In short; Popfolk with heart and soul.

Carlien performed at an online event with a high business ICT content that we had today. Especially for this event she had written a song that addressed a number of important themes in a very original way. And she did great in every way and I like to explain that great. The communication was not only good but also very pleasant. She completely kept her appointments, also in terms of times.
